Viktor & Rolf Mariage Fall 2018 Collection

Fall/Winter 2018 marks the third Viktor&Rolf Mariage collection. This season, Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren focused on mingling 60’s sculptural couture influences and their signature elements such as bows, flowers and voluminous tulle.

The collection features beautiful a-line dresses, elegant columns, voluminous ballgowns, short flirty dresses and sharp tailored jumpsuits, which build upon the sleek aesthetics of the Mariage line with sculptural and graphic silhouettes.

Fabrics are structured, and embellishments are bold and textural with dramatic bows draped and integrated within the patterns, a feat that is both eye catching and technically challenging.

Delicate embellishments of 3D plexiglass flowers and crystals are the statement of the season, with the use of plexiglass an as unconventional material turned into a couture artwork, a signature Viktor&Rolf approach to craftsmanship.
